Strategic advisory on Deal Structurings, Valuations and Due Diligences — delivering precision, depth, and confidence in every engagement.
About the Firm
eAdvicer is a boutique advisory firm specialising in the tax and regulatory dimensions of complex transactions. We combine deep technical knowledge with practical deal experience to guide clients through some of the most consequential decisions they face.
Our approach is grounded in rigour, independence, and a genuine commitment to client outcomes. We work closely with corporates, private equity sponsors, family offices, and their legal advisors to deliver solutions that are both commercially sound and technically defensible.
Working very closely with clients and being available real-time. Expert guidance should be accessible to everyone — straightforward, objective-oriented, and tailored to each client's unique needs.
Our Founders
eAdvicer is led by two seasoned Chartered Accountants whose careers span Big-6 firms, boutique deal advisory practices, and entrepreneurial ventures — bringing together deep technical rigour and real-world transaction experience.
When a transaction is on the table, the difference between a good deal and a costly one often comes down to how it is structured. Rishabh has spent 14 years ensuring his clients are on the right side of that difference — advising on the full arc of a transaction, from designing a tax-efficient structure and conducting rigorous due diligence, to closing the deal and navigating every regulatory clearance along the way.
His practice covers domestic and cross-border M&A, mergers, demergers, slump sales, inbound and outbound investment structuring, joint ventures, and succession planning through private trusts. Having built his expertise at BDO India, Katalyst Advisors, and as a founding member of Coortus Advisors — a full-deal-service firm — he has advised Indian promoters, HNIs, business families, private equity sponsors, MNCs, and listed companies on some of their most complex and consequential transactions. He has hands-on experience obtaining approvals from RBI, SEBI, ROC, and the Central Government.
What sets Rishabh apart is his ability to work fluently across every law that touches a transaction — Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, Stamp Duty, SEBI, and RBI Directives — delivering one integrated, commercially sound view rather than fragmented opinions across disciplines.
Good financial decisions are not just about compliance — they are about understanding the full picture and acting on it with confidence. With over 12 years of experience spanning tax advisory, Virtual CFO services, and strategic business consulting, Ankita brings exactly that kind of clarity to the clients she works with.
A significant part of her practice is devoted to working with startups and growth-stage businesses as a trusted strategic advisor — helping founders navigate the financial and tax complexities of building a business, make informed decisions at critical junctures, and structure their operations for long-term efficiency. From business set-up and organisational structuring to tax advisory, transfer pricing, and NRI and HNI compliance, she works as an extension of her clients' leadership teams rather than just an external consultant.
Ankita's ability to combine technical rigour with practical business judgment — built across BDO India, Shah Khandelwal Jain & Associates, and her own consulting practice — means her clients get advice that is not only technically sound but genuinely actionable. Her core belief is simple: every detail matters, and exceptional outcomes are the result of meticulous execution at every step.
What We Do
We offer integrated advisory across the transaction lifecycle, from initial structuring through post-deal implementation.
Every transaction carries tax consequences that can make or break its commercial merit. We advise on the optimal structure for acquisitions, mergers, demergers, business transfers, and joint ventures — covering income tax, GST, stamp duty, and FEMA — so your deal closes efficiently, with no surprises.
India's tax landscape is intricate, layered, and constantly evolving. We provide comprehensive advisory across direct tax, indirect tax, international tax, and transfer pricing — for both businesses and promoters in their individual capacity — translating complexity into clear, actionable positions.
Whether consolidating group entities, separating businesses, or navigating NCLT processes, corporate restructuring demands both technical precision and commercial judgment. We ideate and implement the full restructuring activity — from merger and demerger to capital reduction, buy-back, and IBC acquisitions.
Cross-border transactions trigger a web of regulatory obligations under FEMA, RBI, and SEBI that require specialist handling. We advise on inbound and outbound structuring, overseas entity setup, pricing compliance, and regulatory approvals — ensuring every transaction is executed within the applicable framework.
A defensible valuation is the foundation of every sound transaction, regulatory filing, or succession plan. We provide independent valuations of shares, ESOPs, CCPS, debentures, and immovable assets — as well as fairness opinions and private trust structuring — backed by robust methodology and documentation.
