Yes, all the profiles are duly verified by our expert team as per our set SOPs.We verify the KYC of the consultants and run a light background check on the details furnished by them through various means. Any discrepancies found during our verification are highlighted, discussed and resolved before projecting the profile on the platform so that you engage only with genuine consultants.
You may login on the portal and find the link to join the meeting in the Upcoming Calls section under the My Calls tab of the User dashboard. You may also find the link in email / SMS sent through the platform intimating / reminding the call schedule and/ or credentials.
The amount paid by you for the call will be refunded to your account within 24 - 48 hours. We also get in touch with the consultant and understand the reasons for not showing up and make sure such defaults do not happen in future.
The call will be treated as valid and the amount will not be eligible to be refunded. However, if you were unable to conclude your discussion for this reason, please raise a query by clicking on ? button located at the top right of your dashboard or in Completed Calls section under My Calls module. We will look into the matter and provide proper assistance.
Normally, in this scenario, the amount deducted is credited back to your account within 24-48 hours. In case this does not happen, you may please write to us at support@eadvicer.com or submit a query by clicking on ? button located at the top right of your dashboard. We will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

You may find and download the invoice for the payment made in the Upcoming Calls/ Completed Calls under My Calls module of the User dashboard next to the pertinent call records.
We are coming up with our engagement module shortly. Till then, you may write to us at support@eadvicer.com to get the contact details of the Consultant/Enterprise delivered to your mailbox. Also, we will make sure that the Consultant / someone from their team will get in touch with you for engagement.
Once we have our engagement module up and running, you will be able to get into the engagement on the platform itself. We will facilitate its smooth and seamless functioning.
